PURPOSE:To set a light intensity of plural scanning lights in the vicinity of the respective safety reference levels by using a polarization laser as a light source, adjusting a polarizing direction, and adjusting a light quantity ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polarization laser is used as a light source 30, a lambda/2 plate 32 whose rotation can be adjusted is inserted between the light source 30 and a hologram disk 33, and a light quantity ratio of a scanning light 35 by facets 34, 34' whose interference fringe directions are different from each other is adjusted by rotating the lambda/2 plate 32, and set in the vicinity of a safety reference light quantity of a light quantity of each scanning light. The polarizing direction can be adjusted by rotating the light source, too. |
