摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply continuous voltage to the loaded end even when the state of intermittent light irradiation is caused by switching the path of voltage supply to the loaded terminal watching accumulated quantity of charge to a charge accumulating section. CONSTITUTION:Output of a light generating section 10 charges a small capacity accumulating section 15 rapidly through a back flow preventing section 13, and voltage supply to a load 21 connected to an output terminal 20 is started. When loaded terminal voltage exceeds a value set by a detecting section 17, a transistor switch 19 is made on state by a control section 12, and output of the light generating section 10 is connected to a large capacity accumulating section 16 and accumulation is started. When potential of the loaded terminal 20 becomes below a fixed value, accumulation to the large capacity accumulating section 16 is released once and accumulation to the small capacity accumulating section 15 is made again preferentially. Accumulation to the large capacity accumulating section is advanced slowly repeating above- mentioned operation. When there is no light irradiation, output of the detecting section 17 and output of a detecting section 18 are compared and judged, and a signal to make a transistor switch on is given from the control section 12, and the path of voltage supply to the loaded terminal is switched automatically to supply from the large capacity accumulating section 16.
