PURPOSE: To make a device widely applicable in dependence on various shapes and sizes of articles to be packed, devise to simplify its construction and enable to reuse it by forming a space between flexible inner and outer walls from an elastic buffer material retained in a compressed state. CONSTITUTION: A sheet-like wrapper 1 is folded into two halves at the center line L and an article A to be wrapped is inserted therein, the article A is wrapped with a flexible inner wall 2, and female face-like fasteners 7 and 9 are connected with male face-like fasteners 8 and 10. Then the opening part is covered with a cover member 6, which is bound with a flexible outer wall 3 using female and male face-like fasteners 11 through 14. When a vent hole is opened by tearing off a seal from a vent valve 15 in the next, air flows in a gap 4 between walls to inflate an elastic buffering material 5 that has been kept in compressed state at a reduced pressure. The vent hole is closed with the seal. When releasing a wrapped state, the vent hole is opened by tearing off the seal again. The gap 4 between walls in this state is evacuated with a nozzle of vacuum cleaner for example and sealed with the seal in this state of reduced pressure. |
