CONSTITUTION: The zonal metering of ink 10 is performed by a metering element 13. The metering element 13 has a cylindrical shape containing a support region and a metering region. The metering region has an eccentric recessed shape and the transfer of ink to the ink duct roller 11 can be controlled by the rotation of a cylinder related to its shaft.
