<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the positional shift of a decorative sheet and to enhance sitting workability, in the press bonding of the decorative sheet to a trim main body, by automating the setting work of the decorative sheet to the mounting place of the trim main body. CONSTITUTION:A decorative sheet is held to a feed mechanism 60 having guide function by a support part 62 and set to the predetermined position of the door trim main body set to a pressure bonding lower mold 40 by the feed means 63 of the feed mechanism 60 and, thereafter, a part of the decorative sheet held to the feed mechanism 60 by a temporary press bonding means 64 is temporarily bonded and fixed to the door trim main body and, subsequently, only the feed mechanism 60 is detached from the door trim main body having the decorative sheet temporarily bonded thereto under pressure. Thereafter, the decorative sheet in a temporarily bonded state is wholly bonded and fixed under pressure by a press bonding upper mold 50. The terminal of the decorative sheet is subjected to woodgrain setting treatment to press fit the terminal into the groove for woodgrain setting.</p> |
