<p>PURPOSE:To provide an excellent recycle system in resin molding capable of inexpensively molding a molded product of high quality by always adding a high capacity recycle molding material near to 0% in water content to a molded product by mixing a constant quantity of a recycle molding material with a virgin molding material at every molding one shot of a molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A recycle system consists of a grinding part 3 receiving a recycle molded product 2 such as a runner molded and discharged along with a molded product 1 to grind the same, a weighing part 5 weighing the recycle molding material 4 ground by the grinding part 3, a transfer part 6 transferring a constant quantity of the recycle molding material 4 weighed by the weighing part 5 and a mixing part 9 mixing a constant quantity of the recycle molding material 4 transferred by the transfer part 6 with a virgin molding material 7 in the molding material introducing part 8 of a molding machine (a). A constant quantity of the recycle molding material 4 is transferred to the mixing part 9 at every molding one shot of the molding machine (a) to be always added to the molded product.</p> |
