PURPOSE:To shorten process while promoting the weight reduction of a resin core material by omitting steps of assembling a chip mounting seat to be installed to the resin core material, a bracket for mounting, etc., in the manufacture of an interior part consisting of the resin core material, compressed urethane and a slush-molded skin material. CONSTITUTION:The fitments such as chip mounting seats 14 can be molded integrally when a resin core material 11 is molded by conducting the molding of the resin core material 11 and the unification of the resin core material 11 and compressed urethane 12 by using a top force and a bottom force 20, 30 for mold press molding, thus omitting assembly steps which have been separate steps while increasing the rigidity of the resin core material 11, and thinning the resin core material 11. |
