PURPOSE:To provide a fiber having excellent damping properties in the vicinity of the room temperature. CONSTITUTION:This fiber contains at least a block copolymer composed of (A) a polymer block synthesized from one or more aromatic vinyl monomers and having 2500 to 40000 number-average molecular weight and (B) a polymer block synthesized from isoprene, butadiene or isoprene-butadiene, containing >=30% 3, 4 bond or 1, 2 bond and exhibiting the peak temperature of tan deltaat >=-20 deg.C and having 30000 to 300000 number-average molecular weight or its hydrogenated polymer as one constituent polymer. |
