PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the workability and the working efficiency in the preparation of a packed SEKIHAN (steamed rice mixed with adzuki beans), reduce the preparation cost, suppress the lowering and variation of quality to stationary and stably produce a packed SEKIHAN having high quality, remarkably decrease the number of exclusive workers to save the labor and improve the safety of work by increasing the area of path and effective working area. CONSTITUTION:A packed SEKIHAN is prepared by a fully automated continuous operation from the initial stage to blend the raw material rice through the addition of a seasoning liquid to the boiled adzuki beans and steamed rice subjected to secondary steaming to the final stage to add the seasoning liquid while mixing the boiled adzuki beans to the steamed rice with a stirring and mixing means. |
