<p>PURPOSE: To facilitate the formation of an injectable halogen aromatic contrast medium and a radioactive halogenated aromatic diagnostic medium by sucking a composition obtained by a reaction under the presence of more than one reducing agents which are stable in an acidic catalytic medium of the quantity exceeding the quantity of the catalyst. CONSTITUTION: By means of conducting a predetermined substitution reaction under the presence of more than one reducing agents stable in the acidic catalytic medium of excessive quantity larger than the used catalyst, brominated, radioactive brominated, iodionated or radioactive iodionated aromatic compound or hetero-aromatic compound is obtained. This tool for conducting the above method has an injector for supply 4 having a cylindrical barrels 14, 15 and an injector for injection 5, and plungers 16, 17 are movably provided in the barrel 14, 15. According to a user's requirement, a hollowed needle 13 is coupled sealingly to the barrel 15 through a sterilizing filter 22 positioned in the middle.</p> |
