<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the dispatch of maintenance operator automatically and efficiently, in a factory having a plurality of production lines. CONSTITUTION:The generation situation of abnormal state in each line is totalized (100). When the result of the totalization exceeds a limit value in some lines (102), the representation of the names of the lines where the limit is exceeded is instructed to the lines where limit value is not exceeded (104), and the dispatch of operators from other lines is requested. When the answer to this request is sent (106), the representation of the names of the lines is cut off (108), and after the lapse of a prescribed time (110, 112), the return to the task for totalizing the abnormal states is performed.</p> |
