PURPOSE:To mold a screw made of synthetic resin which is a single material and excellent in precision by utilizing a space part wherein a slide core is moved and transferring a top force member and a bottom force member to take out the molded screw. CONSTITUTION:Hollows (h), (i), (j), (k), (m),and (n) are formed after slide cores 2a, 3a, 4a and 5a are moved. Top force members 2, 4 and bottom force members 3, 5 are transferred in the vertical direction in an undercutless state. The part becoming an undercut and the part of a non-undercut are generated in any of the top force members 2, 4 and slide cores 2a, 4a accompanied by the top force members 2, 4 and the bottom force members 3, 5 and slide cores 3a, 5a accompanied by the bottom force members 1, 5. Even when a screw 1 is rotated in the state and any part is chosen, the similar state is caused. |
