PURPOSE:To enable restriction on differential movement, that is, restriction restraining the difference in rotation between a right and a left differential side gear from being great, to be easily adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pump 31 is provided, which is drivingly rotated in response to the difference in rotation between a right and a left differential side gear. An oil passage 40 is provided, which communicates one entrance port 38 out of the two hydraulic entrance ports of the hydraulic pump 31 with the other entrance port 39. Each throttle valve 50 throttling a hydraulic flow rate passing through the oil passage 40, is provided in such a way as to be freely connected-W/disconnected to/from the oil passage 40.
