PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight, heat-insulating, incombustible, sound- absorbing ceiling panel the amount of hanging of the center portion of which is within an allowable range even if one side of the panel is 1800mm or more. CONSTITUTION:A thin metallic plate or foil 1 is bonded to the upper surface of an inorganic fiber molding panel 3 and metal foil 2 is bonded to the lower surface of the plate 3 to form a highly rigid ceiling combined bed panel and a sound-absorbing decorative material 4 is bonded to metal foil on the indoor ceiling surface of the panel. To make the center portion of the panel as flat as possible when the panel is mounted on the ceiling, the temperature of the upper metallic plate or foil 1 is made lower than that of the lower metal foil 2 during bonding, and the indoor ceiling surface is recessed when mounted on the ceiling, for canceling out a deflection at the center portion caused by the weight of the panel. The inorganic fiber molding panel 3, deflected for recessing its indoor side, is bonded to the metallic plate or foil to form a combined bed panel. The amount of deflection of the panel when bonded to the metallic plate or foil is made to almost balance the amount of hanging due to the weight of the panel, so as to make the ceiling face almost flat. |
