PURPOSE:To obtain an outdoor-air treating unit which can ensure the quantity of introduced outdoor air sufficiently even when a defrosting operation is conducted with a blower of an indoor machine stopped. CONSTITUTION:An outdoor-air treating unit which air-conditions outdoor air and introduces it into an indoor space through an indoor machine 13 having a blower 21 incorporated. The unit is equipped with a means 41 for stopping an operation of the blower 21 and conducting a defrosting operation without introduction of the outdoor air and with a means 41 for increasing the number of revolutions of the blower 21 at the time of a heating operation so that the quantity of introduced outdoor air supposed to be obtained when a heating operation is conducted within the time of the defrosting operation be supplemented in the heating operation after the defrosting operation.
