PURPOSE:To provide an oil pressure control device for a forklift which is designed to cope with various works and facilitate operation of the device even by an operator having the low degree of a skill. CONSTITUTION:A volume variable type hydraulic pump 22 is used for drive of a working machine and running drive is performed through hydraulic drive carried out through combination of a volume variable type hydraulic pump 3 and a hydraulic pump 6. A switching valve 24 is provided for joining a delivery amount of the hydraulic pump 22 for a working machine with a delivery amount of the hydraulic pump 3 for running drive when a working machine is not operated but only running is performed. A hydraulic control device for a fork-lift comprises a lift sensor 62 attached to an operation lever 61 for a working machine and operated to detect an operation amount; an acceleration sensor 65 attached to an accelerator pedal 64 for running and operated to detect a pedaling amount; and a throttle actuator 71 to receive a signal from a controller 50 to decide a mode, such as running and cargo handling, and control an engine output.
