<p>PURPOSE:To constantly control the temp. history until theta alpha transformation is completed and coiling temp. to achieve a desired material. CONSTITUTION:A cooling zone is divided into a temp. history control zone at the first half and a coiling temp. control zone at the second half. In the temp. history control zone, the opening and closing pattern of each water-cooling device 4, 4 is controlled so as to ensure the water-cooling and air-cooling times that are preliminarily determined using the estimated speed of material. In the coiling temp. control zone, the water-cooling and air-cooling patterns for becoming the target coiling temp. are calculated and each water-cooling devices 4, 4 are controlled based on them.</p> |
