<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a refuse disposal method contributing to the protection of environment by accumulating refuse on a refuse disposal site having a waterproof sheet laid on the bottom surface thereof to cover the same with a capping sheet and leveling rainwater to allow the same to flow in refuse and sending the rainwater to a sewage treatment plant from a drain port. CONSTITUTION:In a refuse disposal method, refuse 9 is accumulated on a refuse disposal site 1 having the drain port 3 connected to a sewage treatment plant provided to the bottom surface thereof and having drain troughs 5, 6, 7 provided to the planar parts of the tiered side surface thereof and having a waterproof sheet laid on the bottom and side surfaces thereof and covered with a capping sheet 10 formed by integrating a film like material composed of a photodegradable polymer with a fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a knitted fabric, a reticulated material or a perforated film like material composed of a material other than plyolefin and rainwater is leveled to be allowed to flow in the fefuse and sent to the sewage treatment plant from the drain port 3. As a result, the capping sheet 10 prevents rainwater from penetrating into refuse at the initial stage of covering and the penetration of rainwater is leveled with the elapse of time to be uniformly generated throughout the refuse.</p> |
