PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness dispersion of molded disks by installing adjustment means which can adjust precisely a fixed board in the transfer direction of a movable board and making uniform the mold opening of both molds which form a cavity. CONSTITUTION:Adjustment means 24 are installed which adjust precisely a fixed board 8 in the transfer direction of a movable board 7 by the end parts 10a of tie-bars, a cylinder gap 24a, etc. A cavity 20 is formed by moving the movable board 7 close to the fixed board 8 by increasing the oil pressure in a clamping cylinder 9 and bonding both molds 21, 22. In this step, when all the values of mold opening (d1), (d2), (d3), (d4), which are detected by four distance sensors 23 placed at positions corresponding to the respective tie-bars 10, do not fall within a tolerance, precise adjustment pressures.DELTAP1, DELTAP2, DELTAP3, DELTAP4 in the adjustment means 24 are determined; a servo valve is actuated by a signal corresponding to the determined values to adjust the pressure in each adjustment means 24 so that the values of mold opening of both molds are adjusted precisely to be equal. |
