PURPOSE:To obtain an agricultural and horticultural blended germicide, having a wide antimicrobial spectrum and synergistic effects and capable of preventing resistant germs from developing. CONSTITUTION:This agricultural and horticultural blended germicide comprises (A) an oxetane-based azole compound of the formula [R<1> to R<4> are H or alkyl; R<3> is further phenyl or R<1> and R<4> together with two C carbon atoms to which they are bound may form a 5-6C saturated ring, or R<3> and R<4> together with one C atom to which they are bound may form a 3-6C saturated ring; R<5> to R<7> are H, (halogeno)alkyl, halogen or (halogeno)alkoxy; R<8> is H or alkyl] and (B) a benzimidazole-based compound selected from methyl 1-(n-butylcarbamoyl)-2 benzimidazolecarbamate, methyl 2-benzimidazolecarbamate, 2-(4-thiazolyl) benzimidazole and 2-bis(3-methoxycarbonyl-2-thioureido)benzene as active ingredients. The germicide is capable of manifesting high synergistic effects on various infectious disease injuries infecting through the routes of air, soil and read. |
