PURPOSE:To provide a thermal ink-jet recording device which is free from missing image or blur and can perform printing having a favorable image quality. CONSTITUTION:A head temperature is detected by a head temperature detecting part 3 and ink supply pressure is detected by an ink supply pressure detecting part 4, which are taken in a CPU 1. Althogh an image data is stored in an image memory 6 through an interface 5, at that time a printing number of dots are calculated and sent to the CPU 1. In the CPU 1, whether or not an image is formed by dividing into two time printing scanning is decided based on those data and a mask data generating part 8 is controlled through a printing control signal generating part 9. The image data read out from the image memory 6 is converted into a serial data by a data conversion part 7, masked with mask data from a mask data generating part 8 and a printing data is sent out to a head driving control part 10. |
