PURPOSE: To provide a pharmaceutical which is effective for the treatment for infectious diseases of eyes and ears accompanied with inflammation. CONSTITUTION: This pharmaceutical contains 0.005 to 1.0% trimethoprim or its salt, 0.01 to 0.3% polymyxin or its salt, 0.001 to 5% steroid or nonsteroid antiphlogistic, and if necessary, one or more components selected from isotonization agent, pH buffer, viscosity controlling agent, humectant, chelating agent, antioxidant, preservative and vehicle.
