<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject method capable of producing hepatocytes with high survival rate. CONSTITUTION:The objective method for separating hepatocytes comprises perfusing a pre-perfusate containing at least garlic extract in situ through the liver of an animal and then, furthermore, perfusing a collagenase solution in the same way to digest the liver, thus separating the hepatocytes.</p> |
