PURPOSE:To obtain the polyacetal resin composition comprising polyacetal resin and a polyolefinic resin, good in their dispersibility, excellent in the surface states of molded products, and improved in mechanical characteristics such as impact resistance and other properties. CONSTITUTION:A polyacetal resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of polyacetal resin, (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefinic resin, (C) 1-30 pts.wt. of a phenolic polymeric compound having phenol groups on the main chain or side chains, and (D) 0-200 pts.wt. of an inorganic or organic filler. |
