PURPOSE:To realize a large size of the outer diameter of a wheel cap, as well as to prevent damage to the tire and removal of the wheel cap from a wheel disk. CONSTITUTION:This wheel cap consists of an installing member 1 installed on a wheel disk 4, and a disk-form design member 2 to cover the outer surface of the wheel disk 4, and the design member 2 consists of a hard base 20 and a soft member 21 formed integrally to the periphery of the base 20 and to cover largely across the wheel disk 4 up to the surface of a tire 5, while the design member 2 is held movable eccentrically to the installing member 1, as its specific feature. By the eccentricity of the installing member 1, shock from the tire 5 is absorbed. |
