PURPOSE:To prepare a panel material for a honeycomb sandwich structure inexpensively and without peeling-off of the surface material. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb core 2 is hanged in advance in a parison 6 of a blow molding machine. Then, molds 7 are closed to fuse the parison 6 on the whole surface of the honeycomb core 2. At the same time, needle-like pins 9 for blowing are inserted into cells of the honeycomb core 2. Then, the parison is air-blown to be brought into tight contact with the molds 7. Therefore, as the surface material is fused on the whole face of the honeycomb core 2, there exists no possibility of peeling-off after blow molding and it is inexpensively prepd. as the blow molding machine is used. |
