PURPOSE:To obtain an oligopeptide in high purity and yield by reacting a lower alkyl ester or an amide of phenylalanine with an N-substituted aspartic acid under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A lower alkyl ester or an amide of phenylalanine is made to react with an N-substituted aspartic acid in tert-amyl alcohol under the action of an immobilized metallic protease. Thereby, the rate of reaction and reactional yield, etc., of the dehydration condensing reaction are improved. |
