PURPOSE:To improve facility and efficiency of manufacturing operation of packed GOMOKU rice and to attain the resultant cost-down, by running the whole process continuously and automatically from the initial blending of material rice through the final process of mixing steamed rice with ingredients and adding seasonings simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing apparatus consists of a hopper 1 for throwing-in material rice, the first conveying means 2, a rice storing tank 3, the second conveying means 4, the rice washing means 5, the third conveying means 6, the washed rice separating means 7, the ingredient supply means 8, the fourth conveying means 9, a soak tank 10, the fifth conveying means 11, a soaked rice stock tank 12, the sixth conveying means 13, the first rice steaming means 15, the hopper 16 for supplying soaked rice, the reversing means 17, the second rice steaming means 18 and the means 19 for adding seasonings. In that, the rice after the second steaming conveyed from the second rice steaming means 18 to the conveyer in the means 19 for adding seasonings, is added the specified ingredients from the supply means 8, and stirred and mixed by the means therefor; then after water and seasnonings being added to the steamed rice evenly, the finished rice is weighted automatically and packed in heat-resisting plastic bag automatically one by one. |
