<p>PURPOSE:To obtain beer, etc., with clear color tone dispensing with addition of any coloring agent by using, as submaterial(s), the starch and/or processed product thereof from 'yamakawamurasaki', a kind of sweet potato, or a modified variety thereof, each containing anthocyan-based pigment. CONSTITUTION:The objective wine, e.g. beer, miscellaneous wine, foamed wine or low-alcoholic beverage, each with clear red color and high flavor, can be obtained by using, as submaterial(s) in the preparation process, the starch and/or processed product thereof from 'yamakawamurasaki', a kind of sweet potato, or a modified variety thereof.</p> |
