PURPOSE:To provide a solid type bump stopper that has improved the extent of durability against the destruction of internal structure due to a repeated compressive load. CONSTITUTION:This is made of solidly molded foamed polyurethane rubber being fixed to a car body 8 at the side of a fixed end 11 and receiving a repeated compressive load from a tip free end 12 and buffering after being elastically expanded or contracted, and in this constitution, a blind hole 15 is installed in a range from the tip free end 12 toward the fixed end 11, through which heat generated in a structural inner part due to the repeated compressive load is discharged outward, maintaining a property of matter in the internal structure, and any possible internal destruction is checked, thereby improving the extent of durability. |
