PURPOSE:To obtain colored particles excellent in strength and heat resistance, having sufficient degree of coloration, free from, e.g. bleeding of the constituents such as the coloring component, exhibiting always stable light screening ability, etc., and suitable particularly as colored spacer particles. CONSTITUTION:A polymer of a monomer containing cinnamic acid having polymerizable double bonds and/or its derivative is irradiated with light to produce a coloring component, which is incorporated into base material particle to give the objective particle. |
