METHOD FOR SEPARATING AND OBTAINING MANNOSE

PURPOSE:To industrially obtain mannose by fractionating a mannose-containing saccharide liquid according to chromatography using an ion exchange resin and then obtaining the mannose fraction. CONSTITUTION:A mannose-containing saccharide liquid is used as a raw material liquid and the mannose and other saccharides are fractionated according to the chromatography using an ion exchange resin to obtain a mannose fraction. A fructose fraction formed as a by-product is reutilized for producing the mannose.
