PURPOSE:To securely peel a cover tape from a tape body at a specified position by providing a movable member moving back and forth according to the action of a tape draw out mechanism in front of a fold-back supporting part which bends the cover tape peeled from the tape body. CONSTITUTION:After a cover tape 5b is peeled from a tape body 5a, a tape 5 guided out from a reel has its chip parts 8 inside a parts storage part 5c adsorbed and fetched by means of a nozzle member for adsorbing mounting tool parts and mounted on print base plate or the like. A lever 24 oscillates in linkage when the nozzle member parts are fetched and the tape 5 is drawn out by a fixed amount by a sprocket 21 making a normal rotation through a ratchet 22 of a draw out mechanism 20. A shutter member 30, as a movable member, makes a backward movement in linkage with the said movement, a tape peeling part 31 in the back of the sutter 32 thrusts into the lower side of a fold-back supporting part 25 and the cover tape 5b is peeled from the tape body 5b. |
