PURPOSE:To provide a door hinge which excellent in durability and being inexpensive in addition offensive noises in the operation has been reduced. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate hinge 12 is pivotally supported on a box side hinge 11 via a first pivot, a door side hinge 15 is pivotally supported on a second pivot 14 installed in this intermediate hinge, and both first and second collar members 21 and 22 consisting of plastics are inserted thereinto and, in turn, this first collar member 21 is clamped to the door side hinge. A plastic stopper part 29 slidably engaging with a guide part formed in the intermediate hinge is solidly formed in the second collar member 22, and a compression coil spring 30 is set up in space between the intermediate hinge and this second member. When a door is rotated as far as about more than 90 deg., the stopper part is moved in the axial direction by rotation of the first collar member to the second collar member and it is projected out of the guide part, coming into contact with a front edge of the box side hinge, thereby regulating the intermediate hinge to rotate in direction of a close-position from an open- position of 90 deg.. |
