PURPOSE:To provide polycrystalline cubic baron nitride abrasive grain which hardly undergoes breakage due to oxidation even when used at a high temp. CONSTITUTION:The abrasive grain comprises a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride of which the oxidation rate constant expressed by the parabolic rule in the air at 1,100 deg.C is 0.005m<4>g<2>min<-> or lower.
