PURPOSE:To perform works in such a condition of hardly losing power of an engine without lowering work efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A continuously variable transmission 6 interposed in a vehicle running system is constituted to be allowed shift operation by drive of an actuator 15, provided with a rotational speed detecting sensor 20 for detecting rotational speed of an engine, and so constituted that when the engine rotational speed is less than the lower limit of a set region, the actuator 15 is controlled to decelerate and when it is recovered to the upper limit of the set region, the actuator 15 is controlled to accelerate. It is also provided with an accelerator operation quantity detection sensor 26 for detecting accelerator set value to the engine and based on the detection result of this accelerator operation quantity detection sensor 26, the set region level of the engine rotational speed in vehicle speed control is controlled to be automatically changed to a lower level as accelerator set value becomes lower. |
