The proposed control device for calibrated openings of a loop is characterised in that it comprises a set (BC) of circuits consisting mainly of a frequency detector (DF), one output (f1) of which is connected to an input (11) of a set of logic gates, the output of the latter being connected to an input (c1) of a time delay circuit (CT).
