The tubular part (3) is a penetration adaptor for the vessel head of a nuclear reactor. The thermal sleeve (5) of the adaptor comprises two successive sections (5b, 5c) in the axial direction. The first tubular section (5b) comprises a terminal widening which rests on a bearing part in the bore (6) of the tubular penetration part (3) and an annular groove (12) machined in its inner wall. The second tubular section (5c) comprises at least two cylindrical sectors which can be deformed in flexion (20a, 20b), separated by at least two axially directed slots passing through the wall of the second tubular section (5c). Two attachment heels (22a, 22b) constituting the end parts of the cylindrical sections (20a, 20b) engage in the groove (12) of the first section (5b) in order to join the two sections (5b, 5c). <IMAGE>
