The invention relates to a lamp of the luminous panel type which is flexible, lightweight, easy to transport and simple to use. This panel is composed of a set of specially made fabrics (1) (2) (3) in which fluorescent tubes are incorporated. This fabric can be used stretched using "Velcro" (4) on an orientable and dismountable aluminium frame or suspended using lugs (11) placed on the perimeter.
