Composition of a coating employed for covering boat hulls with a protective layer. This coating consists of a mixture of neutral base components such as the tallow obtained by melting animal fats, industrial paraffin wax, camphor and natural dye extracts on a slow fire, all these products being perfectly compatible and introducing no nuisance or pollution into the environment in which the boat moves and completely fulfilling its protective role on hulls, preventing the adhesion of small crustations or algae which thus slow down the gliding action of the boat. The application of this coating, slightly heated to obtain a liquid product, is very easy in use or in stripping for its renewal and is not hazardous to the person employing it.
