- The invention relates to a lid (1) for a pressurised cooking vessel comprising a pot (2) on which there is to be placed and locked in a leaktight manner the said lid (1) which possesses in its centre a rounded region (13) defining a concave surface forming part of the outer surface of the lid (1), and also a cap whose axis of symmetry coincides with that of the lid, characterised in that the rounded region (13) has at its central point (14) a depth equal to at least 1 mm and not exceeding 50 % of the total height of the lid (1). - Lid for pressurised vessel. <IMAGE>
