PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit configuration and to reduce the weight by composing a DC/DC converter by using a charging/discharging circuit made of capacitors, diodes and switching elements. CONSTITUTION:A charging/discharging circuit A used for a DC/DC converter has a plurality of capacitor C1-C3, diodes D11, D21, D12, D22 for coupling the capacitors C1-C3 in parallel, and switching elements S1, S2 for coupling the capacitors C1-C3 in series. Switching elements SO1-SO2 are controlled to charge the capacitors C1-C3 in parallel and to discharge in series, and the output is supplied to a load 5. |
