摘要 PURPOSE:To improve transmission efficiency increasing wire turns without the increase of manufacturing process by a method wherein winding is made spiral, and the primary winding layer and the secondary winding layer are laminated on a substrate through an insulated layer. CONSTITUTION:A cross-over section 42 to lead inner edges of the spiral secondary winding 41 and the primary winding by the first conductive layer made of Al etc. is formed on a magnetic substrate 40 formed out of a Mn-Zn ferrite etc. A spiral primary winding 43 and a cross-over section 44 to lead an inner edge of the secondary winding are formed by the secondary conductive layer. Interlamination between each conductive layer is insulated by an insulated layer 46 except a connecting section. An upper magnetic layer 45 made of permalloy etc. is formed by covering each layer and a closed magnetic circuit intersecting both said layer 45 and the magnetic substrate 40 is formed. Whereupon, since wire turns are increased by only two conductive layers, transmission effectiveness can be improved without the increase of manufacturing process.
