The sensor rotating apparatus capable of sensing 360o in angle includes driving means, first and second decelerating members for decelerating the driving force, a sensor rotating plate having a sensor member, a hub for rotatably supporting the sensor rotating plate, a housing holder extending toward the opposite bottom of the hub, a rotating shaft in which a recess is formed and whose end is fixed by a fixing member, a bearing member installed on the circumference of the rotating shaft so that a pair of input ports are electrically coupled, and a support member screw-fastened by the fixing member of the rotating shaft, thereby reducing installation cost.
