The UV cutoff agent for cellulose based fabric is prepd. by: inputting 60 % of soluble acryl emulsion resin, 5 % of water and 30 % of zinc oxide powder and stirring; adding 5 % of cross linking agent and fully stirring to obtain 1st mixed. soln.; inputting 25 % of 1st mixd. soln. and 15 % of the resin of 6 % sodium alginate thickener with 60 % of water and then fully stirring. The cellulose based fabric is treated by the steps: inputting the obtd. UV cutoff agent into the padding bath and dopping the fabrics into the bath; pressing at 80 % pick up ratio and drying at 130 deg.C for 40 sec.; then heat-curing at 150 deg.C for 2 hrs. and washing out the non-cured the UV cutoff aget.
