<p>A polyol fatty acid polyester or a mixture of polyol fatty acid polyesters comprising at least two different fatty acid residues and wherein the two most abundant fatty acid residues constitute at least 50 wt% of the fatty acid residues of the polyol fatty acid polyester, the most abundant fatty acid residue being selected from the group of: myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidic acid, and the second most abundant fatty acid residue being selected from the group of: capric acid and lauric acid, and the weight ratio between the most abundant fatty acid residue and the second most abundant fatty acid residue being from 90 : 10 to 65 : 35.</p> |
