PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF DIFFERENT SHRINKAGE MIXED YARN HAVING SUPERIOR COLORING PROPERTY AND HAVING SILK PROPERTY

The method is characterized by blending at least more than two kinds of fiber bundles of differential shrinkage, containing the inorganic microparticles of silica sol dispersed in ethylene glycol, whose light refraction rate is 1.3-1.8, average particle diameter is 150-500 nm, and input amount against the total copolymer component is 1.0-4.0 wt.%. Among the more than two fiber bundles, the high-shrinkage component is the polyester filament of the max. heat-shrinkage stress (τmax) of above 0.55 g/d, the heat-shrinkage stress at 180 deg.C (τ180 deg.C) of more than 0.3 g/d and less than Tmax, and the max. heat shrinkage stress producing temp. (τmax) of above 120 deg.C.
