PURPOSE:To stably sandwich a magnetic material in the interior of nonwoven fabric without its damaging processing properties, etc., by integrating hot-melt type nonwoven fabric with a magnetic material in a nonmagnetized state under heating by hot-melt rolls and magnetizing the magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A scattering machine 9 of a magnetic material 10 is equipped between fine spinning units 1 and 2, the magnetic material is integrated with hot-melt type nonwoven fabric under heating by hot-melt rolls 12 and the magnetic material is magnetized by a magnetizing machine 14. The magnetic material consists of a magnetizable substance and a synthetic resin as a carrier and is scattered in a nonmagnetized state. |
