<p>PURPOSE:To improve dynamical accuracy by setting off an unbalanced inertia force generated at the time of reciprocating a slider without generating deflection on the whole apparatus in a mechanical press apparatus using a plate cam. CONSTITUTION:The plate cam 20 and a rib cam 21 are fixed to respective end parts of an input shaft 13, a slider 8 is reciprocated by the plate cam 20 in the vertical direction and a balance weight 32 is driven in the slider 8 through the rib cam 21, a sliding block 26, an arm 28 and the balance weight 32 in the direction reverse to the slider 8. In this way, the inertia force generated at the time of operating the slider 8 is set off by an inertia force acting in the direction reverse to the balance weight 32.</p> |
