PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor detector array which has a needed detection capacity as the detector for a CT device, requires less wiring operation, and has a high detection efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor detector array 1 consists of semiconductor cells 10, 11, ... for each channel and a holder 20. The semiconductor cell 10 consists of a stripe-shaped semiconductor crystal block 11, an electrode 12 for bias, and an electrode 13 for taking out signal. The holder 20 is formed by alternately installing an electrode plate 21 for intermediating take-out of signal and an electrode plate 22 for intermediating bias while sandwiching a space which is matched to the thickness of the semiconductor cell 10. Bias is applied ia the electrode plate 22 for intermediating bias and signal is taken out via the electrode plate 21 for intermediating take-out of signal.
